Long bungalow with white painted cast iron porch with open plan garden with mature trees and lawn to front and the most amazing scenery overlooking the Waveney Valley to the rear of the property with the breakfast room and bedrooms having a glorious view. There is a wild meadow at the end of the garden , a variety of mature trees including a Ginko Biloba .in the spacious open plan garden overlooking the Waveney Valley and lots of nooks and crannies for you to explore. There is now a different view at the front of the garden where two trees have been removed and a new view has been created looking across to an open wooded area. At least 5 different sitting areas dotted around including the tiny secret courtyard garden. All for your pleasure. The decor in the main areas is dressed in an interesting assortment of antiques, lots of colour and artwork with a lean towards textiles that I have collected from all over the world. Having lived in 12 different countries, I have enjoyed textiles for over 50 years and like to live with them. The conservatory is comfortable and has a fabulous view.
As everything is on one level, it is easy to walk and be safe .so suitable for the less agile guest.
I am a retired interior designer with a love of the decorative with a great interest in textiles, central asian cloth being a specialist subject. I paint with acrylics and combine photography and collage with my artwork. I hoard a large variety of decorative objects, inside the house and in the garden. They have been collected from all over the world and most make a good talking point! My pottery on poles in the garden are my first attempt at working in clay, very time consuming but great fun to do. I have now started a sculpture wall with items, mainly birds and flowers that help an otherwise bare wall!
