Foxwood Lodge is situated in a corner plot in bockenfield country park with a large decked area with hot tub area surrounded by woodland. 2 bedrooms, 1 master, with en suite and 1 twin. Large open plan living space, dining area and kitchen, bathroom with bath / shower. Veranda area outside double doors. Hot tub area with outdoor seating, sun loungers. Smart TV Designated parking. 2 small dogs welome. Please note* We do not accept same sex party's of more than 3. We do not accept stag or hen parties. There is a small bar restaurant on site opening hours dependent on season. Foxwood lodge is short drive from many of Northumberland's beautiful, natural attractions such as golden beaches and stunning nature walks. Simonside hills is one of the many desired walking attractions in this stunning area of north Northumberland countryside. Many castles are available to visit in neighbouring towns such as Bamburgh, Warkworth and Alnwick, which was used in the filming of Harry Potter. For more

Hi, this is my first experience holiday letting, and i hope I've thought of everything you could need at Foxwood lodge. I'm a pretty well traveled guy, so I've put pretty much every thing I could think of to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Any questions, feel free to ask. Thank you.

If you're a Harry Potter fan, Alnwick Castle, where Harry potter was filmed is only a 10 minute drive away. Other castles are also available to visit in neighbouring towns such as Bamburgh and Warkworth. There is a fantastic pub called the cook and barker which has amazing food and a cracking pint, not far away. If you're a fan of afternoon tea, you have to try the running fox. Again, 5 minutes drive and you won't be disappointed! There are several treck and walking routes through the beautiful hills of cragside and the colourful fields of simonside. Also within driving distance are the picturesque, historic market towns and fishing villages with rich heritage and quaint family shops, restaurants and cafes such as Morpeth, Amble and Rothbury.
