The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Close to the M1 junction 31 Local walks, restaurant and takeaways and large co-op within walking distance. Free off road parking, fully equipt property! Close to Gulivers valley theme park (5-10 minute drive away) Close to all your needs *Please Note* In the distance there is a housing estate being built to the rear of the property. Ear plugs and eye masks are provided if needed
