Fron Emrys is a wonderful, large detached house resting in Llandwrog, near Penygroes, Wales. Hosting five bedrooms; including a family room located in the annex with 2 x king-size and a TV, a ground-floor double, two doubles and a bunk room, along with a ground-floor shower room and a family bathroom. There is also a kitchen/diner with a fridge freezer plus another larder is a utility, a dining room, a sitting room, a conservatory, a study and a snug. Smart Tv's in the snug and lounge. Outside there is a large garden with two lawned areas, goal posts, picnic bench, small orchard with bench, large decking with seating, along with off-road parking for four cars. Fron Emrys makes a wonderful location for a family gathering to the North Wales coast. Deluxe hot tub is available from the 7th of Feb 2022 and has panoramic and uninterrupted views of both the mountains and sea.
