Hi, I am Denise, a property manager with Evergreen Property based in Stockbridge. We inherited this profile on January 7th 2021 from another agency and we have improved the overall score from under 4.5 to now being a Superhost. My colleagues and I will be on hand throughout your stay.
Evergreen Property prides itself on customer satusfaction. All our efforts go to offering guests the very best self-catering experiences in Edinburgh.
Denise and the team are on hand every day from 8am to 10pm and there will be an emergency number given for emergencies only outside of these hours.
We prefer all communication to stay on the platform as we have staff working shift patterns allowing us to answer quickly.

The apartment is fantastically located in the heart of Old Town. The Royal Mile is 3 minutes' walk and you can be at the castle in under 10 minutes. The National Museum is a few steps from the front door as is the atmospheric Greyfriars Kirkyard, famous for both Greyfriar's Bobby and as an inspiration for JK Rowling when it came to the names of her characters. With the photogenic Victoria Street a couple of minutes' walk from the front door, you will really be in the heart of the action and history.
This glorious space is set on the top two floors of a traditional and historic Edinburgh tenement in the very centre of Edinburgh City. There are 43 steps leading to it, as well as internal steps. With 3 double bedrooms, one with an adjoining small office suite. There are 2 shower rooms, one on each level. There is a large and comfortable sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining space that does have 6 chairs, contrary to the photos.

Being so central, a car is not necessary and we would advise you not to bring one as Edinburgh City Centre is both expensive and difficult to find parking. Located in the heart of everything, buses (both local and tourist) pass frequently allowing you to be ferried to all corners of Edinburgh easily.
From the airport, we would recommend a taxi, though it is not too bad getting the 100 bus from the airport but it will leave you an uphill walk up and over the Royal Mile.
