BEST VALUE GUARANTEED!! This is a modern and up to date holiday home with spacious rooms. The location of the property is in a quiet cul de sac area with very few passing cars. To the one side of the holiday home there is a built up embankment with trees to provide privacy. This is also the case to the front and rear of the property.

On the holiday park itself there is a gym, heated indoor swimming pool, several restaurants, 9 hole golf course and 2 fishing lakes. There are many attractions nearby the holiday resort Skegness Beach less than 2 miles away Nature Seal Sanctuary less than 2 miles away Butlins less than 3 miles away Fantasy Island less than 3 miles away
