Step into the light and airy entrance hall and you’ll notice the house has a relaxed, homely feel and lots of period features, including hardwood floors.
Watch TV or relax in the large living room with bay windows, and play board games or curl up with a book in the cosy library.
Prepare family meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with range cooker, and eat together in the adjoining dining room.
A bright, sunny garden room leads to the courtyard where you can relax or enjoy an outdoor meal. The courtyard faces west, perfect for enjoying those light evenings.
Our three spacious double bedrooms all have comfy beds with Egyptian cotton bedding, plenty of storage and some great views!
The fourth bedroom is perfect as a children’s room and there's a sofa bed downstairs.
The bathroom offers a bath and separate walk in shower, and towels are provided. Downstairs, there’s a second loo just off the kitchen.
The house is non-smoking for the comfort of all our guests. Smokers please use the courtyard.

Our house is just a short distance from Gorleston's beautiful sandy beach - 7 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive with free parking available.
It's only 5 minutes walk to the high street, with plenty of familiar shops plus local boutiques and cafes. There's a Morrison's supermarket open until late with plenty of free parking.
Enjoy our traditional British seaside at Gorleston beach, which stretches for three wonderful sandy miles. If you're looking for a relaxing, tranquil beach, with amazing views and golden sand, you've found the ideal place!
Patrolled by lifeguards in the summer months, this is a fantastic beach for building sandcastles and very child friendly.
If you fancy an ice cream, or some traditional fish and chips, head to one of the cafés on the prom.
There's plenty to do in the evening too - visit the historic Pavilion Theatre, catch a show at the Ocean Room or a movie. And plenty of choice of restaurants, pubs and take-aways, within a few minutes walk.
Just 3 miles north is the much busier town of Great Yarmouth, a lively seaside resort with beaches, piers, the Golden Mile and Pleasure Beach. There are buses every 15 minutes, which continue to Norwich.
