Located on the border of Halesowen and Rowley Regis, a location which is central to all places and situated right outside the Birmingham city rush. Halesowen Apartment transforms into a space that can be expanded with the sofa bed to allow up to 3 sleeps. The Entertainment is immersive with Ambient Lit Smart TV. Enjoy cooking in your own kitchen and refresh in a hot shower

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is called Shell Corner and is a lovely vibrant community. With plenty of necessary shops nearby. It is a safe neighbourhood, the community are very helpful. You can benefit from local grocery stores, hair dressers, nail salons, takeaways and award winning restaurants such as Balti Towers which has featured on ITV. There are fantastic links to Blackheath high street which is only 10-15 mins walk away. You can also enjoy from excellent transport links to neighbouring towns such as Quinton, Halesowen and Dudley. But most importantly all major cities including Birmingham, Kidderminster, Worcester and Wolverhampton. The property is located a single straight road to Rowley Regis train station which allows a easement to travel to and from.
