An exceptionally well appointed detached house in a secluded, town centre location with private parking for two cars. Private enclosed garden with a sunny aspect. Rooms recently refurnished to a very high standard. A short walk to four fantastic beaches, including Porthmeor for surfing (and St. Ives Surf School), close to the harbour, restaurants, St. Ives Tate and spectacular coastal walks. A perfect location to relax and explore everything which St. Ives has to offer in all four seasons. The house is suitable for children who are 10+ years old.
Welcome to our family home! We have been hosting guests at Little Eden since January 2021. We hope you really enjoy your stay.
Located in the centre of St. Ives, the house is very close to a wide range of high quality restaurants, traditional Cornish pubs and cafes, Cornish art and craft shops, beautiful beaches, the St. Ives Tate, the harbour and wonderful coastal walks. You can easily walk everywhere in St. Ives to explore the town, enjoy local beaches and take in the Cornish coastline. There are numerous local trips available and places to visit with suggestions in a Welcome Pack in the house. By car, you can explore St Michael's Mount, the Minack Theatre, Botallack mine, Zennor, Newlyn Art Gallery, Penzance, Gurnard's Head, Porthcurno beach, Sennen Cove and Lands End for some of the best experiences in Cornwall.
