The old fishing village of Emsworth is at the centre of a fascinating area with Portsmouth and its Historic Dockyard and the new Mary Rose Museum to the West, Chichester, a walled Roman Cathedral City with its famous Festival Theatre, and Goodwood, to the East, the South Downs National Park to the North and Chichester Harbour, an area of ‘Outstanding Natural Beauty’, to the South, all within a 10 mile radius. There is a large variety of restaurants and pubs in the town, providing a excellent range of food from a Michelin Star Restaurant to harbourside cafes.
