The front door opens out directly into the garden, we do have ducks and chickens free ranging so no dogs are allowed.

We are new to hosting but looking forward to welcoming people to our home.
We are a busy family with teenage children, we are both self employed and love living in the countryside
We are tucked away in a unique and hidden spot in deepest rural West Sussex, one mile up a single track tarmacked lane (with passing places) within the South Downs National Park and on the very edge of the National Trust`s Woolbeding Estate.
Surrounded by wonderful countryside; woodlands, marshlands, heathland and glorious views, the public footpath network passes our gate and so if you enjoy walking you can easily walk for miles around the area - this is truly a spot where you can relax away from the hustle bustle of day to day life and just watch nature and take some `time out` !
Although tucked away we aren't that far from local towns and shops and so if its sightseeing and shopping you feel like we are situated within easy driving distance of many tourist attractions.
The picturesque village of MIdhurst is a ten minute drive away, it has a busy high-street and small supermarket as well as cafes and pubs. Midhurst is also a big hub for Polo over the summer played locally on the Cowdray estate. The Goodwood estate is also close by with the various festivals, motor and horse racing events they host throughout the summer,
The cathedral city of Chichester is about a 30 minute drive south, and the beautiful sandy beaches of Wittering are another 20 minutes on.
There are many country houses locally such as Parham, Uppark, Petworth with their gardens and extensive parkland to explore as well as lots of picturesque villages to potter about in and country pubs to have lunch at.
