Hoxne House is a comfortable. flint barn . north norfolk coast. village,sleep up to 14 in 5 bedrooms, 10 BEDS, 2bathrooms,2 toilets,large living room 6 sofas plenty of room for people,large table, parking 4 /5 cars on site ,wfi, enclosed garden, pets extra ,AONB. coast,close to sheringham 3 km holt, 3 km blakeney, wells next sea. ,norfolk coastal path 300m down the lane,on web tweet/txtto hoxne house weybourne, beware onroad parking in hols!! Pub and cafe/shop across the road ,coastal path/sea just 5 minutes down the lane xmas bookings will only be taken that include 23 to 27 dec and rang any questions 2steps into living room! 6 sofas,PARTY and more than one dog talk to me Ask,pub and shop/cafe across rd bed linen provided, ..ev charging by arrangement only,disc drect,no other people on the property please only insured for booked guests,no e bikes in the house(insurance!)no pools etc,beware on street parking!
