** NOW UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND REFURBISHED NOVEMBER 2020 ** 6 Deercroft Lodge is a privately owned property within the Hunter's Quay Holiday Village, near Dunoon. Well-equipped to a good standard, warmly furnished, all you need for a relaxing holiday. Ideal for family holidays and short breaks. The Lodge has recently been part refurbished to include, newly re-fitted bathroom, new leather recliner sofas and armchair, new dishwasher, new mattresses for the twin bedroom, new bedding throughout and towels provided. The lodge can sleep six guests (max 4 adults), with 3 bedrooms. Featuring a double bedroom, a twin bedroom & a smaller bedroom with single size bunk beds. The newly fitted (in 2020) bathroom has a corner shower enclosure with twin head shower, heated towel rail, hand basin & WC. Well equipped kitchen features all your modern appliances including dishwasher & dining table. The lounge features two (new Nov 2020) leather recliner sofas plus reclining armchair & footstool, a large flat TV screen with views out over the fully enclosed deck with furniture. Five steps to lodge door. Not all activities in holiday park will be available to guests due to Covid restrictions.

Neighbourhood information

Hunters Quay is a holiday village tucked away in an elevated position within the coastal town of Dunoon, in Argyll, gateway to the Scottish Highlands. The location offers spectacular panoramic views across the Holy Loch and the Clyde Estuary. The holiday village has a well-stocked licensed shop, leisure centre, two pools, spa, fitness centre, bar and restaurant and both indoor and outdoor play areas for children. Entry to the Hunters Quay Holiday Park facilities are available to everyone staying in and around the park. Payable activities not included in your accommodation price. You’re right in the heart of things here. Dunoon is a centre for all outdoor activities. There are picturesque walks and cycle paths all around this area. The Holy Loch Marina is nearby. Golfers are well catered for with one 18-hole course in Dunoon and nine-hole courses in Blairmore and Innellan.
