A High Class Executive Apartments with excellent transport links via the A33 to the M4, within walking distance the Oracle shopping Centre and Town Centre. This apartment comes with all the modern conveniences you would expect from a modern development. It has built in fridge freezer, and dishwasher as well as a cooker hob and extractor fan in the kitchen . The living room is of a generous size and comes with modern furniture a sofa bed and dining table. It is equipped with a 43? SMART HD TV and super fast broadband and WiFi. The bathroom has a shower / bath combo and we provide all the necessary towels and toiletries for your stay we also provide a hair dryer. There are two bedrooms the master having the benefit of an en suite. Also fully equipped with a washer / dryer and an Iron and Ironing board. The apartment includes free allocated off road parking for one vehicle. Flexible sleeping accommodation in this apartment the master bedroom houses an imperial size king which can also be separated into two single beds. A full double bed in the second room and a spacious sofa bed in the living room. A Juliette balcony overlooking the Kennet canal Short walk to Reading
