KinBrae Apartment is a luxurious first floor apartment within a Victorian Villa located in the beautiful village of Wellswood with its variety of local shops and delis and home to Kents Caverns making it the perfect location for families and foodies alike. There is a private parking space at the building although restaurants, cafes, grocery store, good bus routes and all necessary facilities are within a five minute walk away and the sea is within a 15 minute walk or a few minutes drive. KinBrae was originally named Shearbridge and there is a blue plaque at the building which marks the fact that it was the birthplace and childhood home of the actor comedian Peter Cook who was born there on 17 November 1937.
KinBrae Apartment is located in one of the most desirable residential areas of Torquay, Wellswood village. In the Main Street of Ilsham Road are delicatessens, cafes, restaurants, The Kents gastro pub, grocery store, post office, hairdressers, beauty parlours and other charming boutique shops. Bus stops are also within a 5 minute walk and take you to Torquay Centre and a lot of other attractions including the Princess Theatre, The Agatha Christie Trail and Torquay's main beach. Meadfoot Beach, Ansteys Cove and Kents Caverns are all within a short walk from the property.
