The fine print
The KSpace @ The Sinclair Building takes a deposit for all weekend stays, GBP 100 for Studios and GBP 200 for Two Bedroom and Two Bedroom Triple Apartments.
Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept stag, hen or similar large group bookings.
Please note: There is no reception. The property offers a self check in key box collection service from 2.30PM onwards.
The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor and guests will be sent check in details around 24/48hrs prior to arrival. If you have not received check in details 24hrs prior to arrival, please call 0114 3995100.
Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. Quite House are between 22.00 and 09.00. In some instances we may require a damage deposit of £200. The property would request this 2-3 days before arrival by credit card, and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check out subject to an inspection of the property.
Please inform The Sinclair Building in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00.
A damage deposit of £200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
