The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with two electric ovens and a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight guests and a sitting area with TV and LCD fire. The bedrooms consist of four bedrooms with en-suites: two ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TVs and two super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), along with a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture and hot tub, with shared access to lawn area, as well as off-road parking for eight cars. Within 3.9 miles you will find a shop and within 2.1 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free, non-smoking holiday home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and travel cot are also available on request. Langley Barn is a delightful escape for a family or group of friends in Derbyshire. Note: No Hen/Stag or similar parties

The pretty, red brick village of Brailsford lies at the southern end of the Peak District, close to both Ashbourne and Derby. The village has a lovely community spirit and country atmosphere, offering a Post Office, a pub and a small village shop. Awash with stunning architecture, the village boasts two 20th Century country homes, the Jacobean-style Brailsford Hall, and Culland Hall, along with Brailsford Church, originally built in the 11th century. The market town of Ashbourne is just six miles away and has much to offer with its fine Georgian buildings, quaint cobbled streets, restaurants, inns and antique centres, attracting visitors from miles around. For those with an appetite for outdoor pursuits, Carsington Water, the Dove and Manifold Valleys and Chatsworth are all close by. A quiet, relaxing location, with nearby attractions to please all the family.
