Hi, I’m Weiyan (or just Yan). I’m a proud mum of two wonderful children and happily married to John – who jokingly calls himself the “big useless one” in the family! I’ve lived here for 17 years and have done a bit of everything along the way – working as a cleaner, carer, pizza chef, and even running my own shop and post office. These days, I manage holiday rentals and Airbnbs!

Welcome to your spacious coastal home-from-home, ideal for families, groups or anyone looking to enjoy the beach with all the comforts of home. With four bedrooms, including a ground-floor room with an accessible wet room, it’s perfect for guests who prefer or need single-level living. Just a 5-minute walk or 2-minute drive to Aberavon Beach, with shops, supermarkets and the train station all within 5 to 6 minutes by car. The house sleeps up to 8 guests, with a sofa bed in the lounge and plenty of space to relax. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area, private garden, and off-road parking for 3 to 4 cars. It’s a great base for beach breaks and coastal getaways. We’re happy to welcome pets, though there is an additional charge of sixty-five pounds per stay. For stays longer than 7 days, additional weekly cleans are available at 95 pounds per clean.

Set in a quiet residential area, the house is close to everything you need – from sandy beach walks to handy local shops. You’re well placed for seaside fun, bike rides along the seafront, or simply enjoying a fish and chips takeaway at sunset.
