Property information

Liberty Marina is a modern, luxury 2 bedroom apartment. Located on the first floor with unobscured views of the marina. There is one private parking space but NO LIFT in the building. One double bedroom and a further single bedroom allows accommodation for 3 guests where all bed linen and towels are provided. The open plan living area has a 32" smart TV, sofa, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, washer dryer, microwave and coffee machine. A workspace and free wifi are provided. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from within walking distance. Public leisure Centre with swimming pool, supermarkets and shops all can be accessed on foot easily. With the M5 motorway only 7 mins drive away, Bristol City centre and all the South West has to offer are within easy reach.

Neighbourhood information

Portishead has grown into a vibrant marina town over the last decade, with its easy access to the M5 and Bristol, its the perfect base for leisure and business travellers. Plenty of great eateries on offer and wide selection of shops and supermarkets. Theres nothing better than taking a stroll around the peaceful marina or going for longer walks along the Battery point coastline or Nature reserve.
