Little Saxby is a thoughtfully converted self-contained spacious annex attached to the owner’s property, providing light and airy accommodation with views across the roof tops and countryside beyond from the bedroom. Providing off road parking and all of the amenities you could wish for on a breakaway Little Saxby is the perfect place to stay and relax or to plan your activities from.
Access to the property is via a private entrance. A modern fitted kitchen includes all the essentials plus oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. This leads into a comfortable living room in which to relax after a long day of exploring. From here, the hallway leads onto a large, bright bathroom and a large bedroom with King size bed, space to relax and views across Crowborough and the countryside beyond. Outside, there is a private patio to the rear of the property with table and chairs to catch the afternoon sun and to the front is a small gravel area with a bench.
This location is perfect for exploring countryside walks but also allows easy access via road to nearby towns such as Lewes or Tunbridge Wells. Crowborough Beacon golf club is 0.4 miles away, whilst Ashdown Forest’s horse riding centre is 4 miles away.

Little Saxby is set back from the road in a quiet neighbourhood,
The centre of the village is a few minutes drive, the Blue Anchor Pub is a 10 minute walk and there are several restaurants including a Thai, Fish and Chips, Chinese, Indian and Italian as well as some great pubs just a short drive away.
The Ashdown Forest is just five minutes away in the car and Hartfield village, just 13 minutes away is home to the famous Pooh Sticks Bridge, a must for fans of AA Milne and Winnie the Pooh.
There are many local attractions including several National Trust properties and you can enjoy a day out to places such as Bewl Water, Hever Castle and Great Dixter and the Bluebell and Spa Valley Railways are also great fun.
If you fancy a trip to the beach then you might choose Brighton or Eastbourne or the scenic Seven Sisters and Cuckmere Haven.
