We have been managing and letting residential properties since 2017 as Maple properties which is our estate agency. We recently created a sister company Smartkey apartments dedicated to serviced apartments. Our aim is to create a lovely experience for guests who stay with us in our stylish and comfortable homes.

Property information

Luxurious 1 double bedroom apartment located 10 minutes walk from Woking Town Centre and Mainline Train Station first time available as serviced accommodation. The apartment has been furnished at high specific and is a perfect place to relax and offers a 50" smart television and internet access. The property is located in quite a residential area with spacious accommodation with all the facilities you will need to make a house your home.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment has 1 bedroom, a TV, an equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. Thorpe Park is 7.0 miles from the apartment, while LaplandUK is 11.7 miles from the property. The nearest airport is London Heathrow Airport, 12 miles from the apartment in Woking. Located just off of Woking town centre and is just a short walk from the mainline railway station. Parking is available at the rear of the property. Apartments are above ground floor level and are light, spacious. The living space is predominantly open plan with living/dining and kitchen area. Woking town centre has an abundance of retail shops, cafes and restaurants all within either a pedestrian walkway or within the two shopping malls. In-between the malls is an artisan market open 7 days a week. Within the town centre is a multi-screen cinema, national theatre with shows on tour from London's West End, an indoor bowling alley and the HG Wells centre. The Lightbox art gallery and museum can be reached alongside the Basingstoke canal located on the edge of the town centre. Further afield is Mercedes Benz World, RHS Wisley and numerous golf courses.
