This beautifully refurbished ground floor flat has been finished to a high standard, offering both comfort and style. Part of a charming stone converted townhouse, the flat is ideally located in Bridgend — just a picturesque 5-minute walk across Smeaton’s Bridge into Perth’s city centre. Perth train station, Scone Palace and Perth Racecourse are all within walking distance. We are also available on Airbnb, so feel free to check out our listing there for discounted rates. Please Note: ❌🐶 No pets 👥 Maximum occupancy: 2 people (no children) 🎥 SECURITY: The property is fitted with a Ring doorbell at the front door to assist with check-in and to safeguard the property. 🚗 PARKING: Please note that, due to our central location, the flat does not come with an allocated parking space. There is a council-run car park located directly opposite the flat (refer to listing photos). Parking here is free between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM from Monday to Saturday, and all day on Sundays. Outside of these times, payment can be made at the on-site pay-as-you-go meter. For shorter stays, free 30-minute parking is available on the adjacent Main Street. Additionally, there are numerous free, unrestricted parking spaces within a few minutes’ walk along nearby residential streets.
