Caldon Holiday Chalet is a lovely refurbished 2 bedroom holiday chalet all to yourself, sleeps up to 4. Bedroom 1 with comfortable king size bed, large 6 drawer chest. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, 1 wardrobe with drawers. Hanging door hooks in both rooms. All Duvets pillows and bed linen included in the price. Please bring your towels. Dining table seats 4 with 2 additional lap trays if required. A toddler seat is available to attach on dining chair. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Cutlery, Dishes, etc. Fridge, Washing machine .All dishes and utensils provided. Large Smart TV in Living room, Smart TV in main bedroom, and small TV in second room. Wall heaters in every room regulated by yourself. We are pet friendly, there is a charge for your pet, please contact the owner before your stay. There is plenty of parking on site. The chalet is approx. 50 yards from the car park.

We are Carol and Don. We bought the chalet to satisfy our love of Devon. Many friends and family have asked to use the chalet, so we decided to rent it out so you too can satisfy your love of Devon, at a fraction of the cost of some of the accommodation in the South West. We have made it a seaside chalet with all the comforts of home. Our family, grandchildren, and doggies love it here and some of our guests come back to Caldon each year. We have had excellent 5 star reviews previously. Our first guest gave us an excellent review 10/10 Exceptional!!

Norton Park is 1.5 miles from Dartmouth town centre with plenty of Shops, Cafes and Restaurants. It is a woodland park with lovely views over the Devon countryside with plenty of space for children to play on grassy areas outside the chalet or to sit and sunbathe. There is a Lidl, Sainsbury, Indoor Leisure Centre with swimming pool, and Park & Ride 5-10 minutes down the road by car. Woodlands theme park is a 15 minute drive from Norton Park. Torbay Brixham, Paignton and Torquay is only a short drive taking the ferry over from Dartmouth to Kingswear. A weekly card for the ferry will save you a lot, details will be sent in your information before your stay.
