Exceptional 3 bedroom, 2 storey apartment with the most outstanding 180 degree views over St Ives and the bay. All within walking distance of the town and finest beaches. Situated within touching distance of The Tate Gallery, the elevated position offers simply superb expansive views across the bay and roof tops of St Ives. 3 Double bedrooms each with a balcony, sea views and own bathroom or shower room. Open plan living room and fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and oak flooring. The space The property is within easy walking distance of all restaurants, shops and beaches in St Ives. Take advantage of one of the many fantastic restaurants that St. Ives has to offer, or enjoy eating from one of the balconies or from the dining table with views of The Island and The Harbour. The property consists of 3 double bedrooms which can be modified to meet your requirements. Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bed (Up to two single beds can be added if required). Bedroom 2 - Kingsize bed Bedroom 3 - Kingsize sofa bed to allow for a full time bedroom or to be used as an additional day room. There is a full size cot available which will fit into any of the bedrooms. Every room has an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite to bedroom three doubles up as the main bathroom (with a full size bath). There is a lockable door to either side which enables you to keep it as an en-suite if you prefer sole use of it. Bedroom 1 to the front of the building - Overlooks the Island, St Ives and far reaching over St Ives Bay. It has opening doors to the outside, although not large enough for a seating area, the views are spectacular. Bedroom 2 - Directly overlooks the Tate and has outdoor seating for 2 people. Bedroom 3 - Overlooks the Tate with a great view of Porthmeor beach , where you can sit and watch the surf. The property has one parking space to the front and a pay and display car park to the rear should you require additional parking.
