An extended and newly renovated 4 double bedroom family home with 5 bathrooms. Located in a quiet residential road and within walking distance to the Headington hospitals. Driveway parking is for up to 3 cars. Outside there is a block paved driveway with parking for several cars and restricted access to the side of the house to the detached garage (Not suitable for a car but ideal for motorbikes and bicycles) . Hospitals is just walking distance, nearby big park and childrens play area. NO PARTIES is allowed in this property. There is a doorbell camera on the front door overlooking car parking area. Camera records per motion activation and are on 24/7. I can access the recordings on my phone anytime. There are no cameras inside the property or in the garden. No electric cars charging allowed.
Coverley Road is located in Lye Valley in Headington, Oxford within walking distance to the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and the Churchill Hospitals. It is quiet residential neighbourhood, there is 1 pub nearby, more restaurants and pubs are in London Road which is reachable with the bus or car.
