Property information

You will probably never stay anywhere like this again! Architect-designed luxury duplex 1600 square foot main door apartment in central Edinburgh, furnished with luxury furniture, and 1 Gigabit fiber internet. There is paid street parking at the door, The Royal Mile, Scottish Parliament and so much more is only a 15 minute walk away. We also have Arthurs Seat and Holyrood park literally on our doorstep. My home is a mix of historic Edinburgh with green views. .......................................................................................PLEASE TAKE NOTE ............................................................................. There is 2 bedrooms with king sizes beds and in the living area there is a double bed sofa bed so total sleeping for 8 people,, there is a maisonette double bed in one of the bedrooms , a fun bed really for teenagers or able body adults , there is ladders up to that double bed maisonette , but you don't need to use it, there is enough beds for 6 people. 8 people if the Masonette double bed is suitable.

Neighbourhood is quiet with large park in front of property. Great walks on and around Arthurs seat opposite the Edinburgh Castle, located near Holyrood House Palace, and royal mile. Parking is free on road at the property
