This is one of the very few remaining houses in central Bournemouth. The bars / restaurants are 3 minutes away, and the award winning 7 mile beach just beyond that. You can walk to all through the beautiful and well stocked Bournemouth Gardens. There is also a large Tesco Metro in Bournemouth Square within a 5 minute walk for emergency provisions. Only a short journey away is the New Forest, 2 Water Parks, Jurassic Coast, Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island, Sandbanks, Christchurch, Lymington, etc etc Bourne Bank is in the Town Centre so it is easy to get buses around Bournemouth, but also out to Weymouth, Salisbury, New Forest, Christchurch, Poole etc etc. The train station is about 1.5 miles away and easy to get to in a taxi. Bournemouth Airport is about 5 miles away.
