Like walking, nature, swimming, fishing & tennis?, then Hollyhocks is for you! We have just purchased and listed Hollyhocks as we love the estate, its facilities and ambiance and we are looking forward to using this apartment as much as we can! NB We are currently redecorating and adding new fixtures and fittings so no internal photos are available until 05th March 2021 ( it hasn't stopped the bookings already coming in as Colmer Estate is such a popular venue to relax and visit this beautiful area) Hollyhocks is an attractive, non-smoking, ground floor apartment on the Colmer Estate situated in the South Hams. Hollyhocks offers a perfect holiday retreat for up to 6 people. The property is attractively furnished with its own small private garden with swing seat, BBQ area plus allocated parking. The estate’s facilities include an outside heated swimming pool, indoor pool, gym, tennis court & games room. There are 28 acres of meadowland, woods, paddocks and fields plus fishing lake to enjoy. The property enjoys free WiFi, access to streaming TV services such as Amazon prime video and Netflix and music via Amazon Alexa

Great base for relaxing on site either fishing, tennis, swimming or walking the 28 acres of woodland and fields. Situated adjacent to the South Hams AONB and close to Dartmoor for walks. There are great surfing beaches 8 miles away at Bigbury on sea and Bantham. There is a pub and convenience store located just outside the Estate for provisions and should you require a larger shop, the pretty town of Modbury is close by. Kingsbridge and Salcombe are also a short car journey
