Located on the edge of Radford park in Plymstock, Maldon house is a fun spacious property with large open plan living space and 3 well equipped double bedrooms, one with luxury en-suite wet room and sun lounge. The living space offers multiple bi-fold door access to the deck to enjoy indoor/outdoor living, plus a garden for children to play in. The property is situated close to local shops/takeaways and has easy access to local beaches and the South West coast path.
Someone will be on hand at all times during your stay to answer any questions that might arise.
Plymstock is a mid size town with good local shops and take aways. The house borders Radford park which is a picturesque open space featuring a wooded area and a large lake. The edge of the lake then borders the tidal Hooe lake. The park is park of the South West Coast path.
Local pubs are within easy walking distance and the beaches of Bovisand are also within walking distance or a short drive if preferred.
Easy access to Plymouth city centre by car or bus and also to the A38 for access into Cornwall and Dartmoor is a 20 min drive away. The national trust house & grounds of Saltram is also close by and slightly further afield, Cotele, Mt Edgecumbe and Antony houses The picturesque villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo and within a short drive and the beaches of Whitsand and Wembury too. All in all there is plenty to see and do.
