Company information

The property should feel like a home from home to our guests with the added luxury of hotel inspired features and the convenience of self check-in via a combination lock. Our property manager Sheralyne, is always available and responds quickly should any additional assistance be required. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service along with providing you with a lovely clean house to enjoy your stay. A damage deposit is taken at the time of booking and will be returned at our descretion witin 7 days following check out inspection

Property information

The property is a four bedroom town house. It has been recently refurbished and furnished to a high standard in order to comfortably accommodate short to medium stays. The house has a beautiful fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, a comfortable living space and a modern stylish shower room. The bedrooms are all double beds with Smart TV's in each room. The bed rooms are stylishly decorated and thoughtfully lit. The decor throughout is Scandinavian inspired with a nod to bohemian style to soften the look. We expect guests will benefit from self catering with laundry facilities, washer and dryer and easy access to local amenities, place of work and leisure.

Malleus House is situated within the busy town of Barrow in Furness, here you will be within walking distance to BAE Systems, Museums, Supermarkets, Banks, Restraunts and within driving distance of Walney Island Nature Reserve along with a vast expanse of the Islands beach. Approximately 40 minutes drive to the famous Lake District offering some of the breathtaking scenery available such as Lake windermere, Ulswater, Coniston Water all with ample small friendly cafes, public houses and shops.
