This beautiful double fronted, dual access cottage is situated only a minutes walk to the beaches, Harbour, restaurants and galleries. Benefiting from a private parking space for one car at Porthgwidden car park and allowing well behaved pets, this property has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. From the ground floor, the fully fitted kitchen diner is well equipped with a range cooker, integrated microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The dining area with seating for eight is perfect for a family get together and there is a Bose speaker to enjoy your favourite music. Just off the kitchen is the family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Very handy when you come back from a day on the beach! On the first floor is the cosy lounge with comfortable seating and TV with BT You View Box, There is also an Xbox and Playstation 3. This room also benefits from a beautiful original decorative fireplace. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with ample storage. This room also benefits from a TV On the second floor are a further three bedrooms and a shower room. There are two kingsize bedrooms and wardrobes. There is a smaller room with bunk beds. Maranatha is dog friendly. If you would like to bring your furry friend with you please let us know, all we ask is an additional small charge per dog - Off-Site Parking for One Car located 0.1miles from the property. The parking space dimensions are 2.2m wide and 5.0m long - Please note, the log burner/fireplace is for decoration only - Access Statement: The key safe at Maranatha is accessed via a staircase from the path of eleven steps to the front door. Maranatha can also be accessed via the kitchen door via one step. Please note, this holiday home is located over three floors and guests’ will be required to climb stairs.
