Mariners Corner is a detached bungalow surrounded by a quarter of an acre garden and approximately a walk of 500 metres from the beach in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The house is approached by 16 shallow steps. A private driveway in the garden allows for 2 cars to be parked. Fast electric car charging is available at a garage which is 400 metres away. The house is comfortably furnished with fully available central heating. Wi-Fi provides broadband. Sky TV and Netflix / Prime are provided in the lounge and the main bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine. In the conservatory guests may use a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A small park, ideal for a dog walk, with play equipment for children and a small parade of shops is just a five minute walk away. Larger shops ( Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Boots) are 10 minutes walk away. Access to the beach is also a downhill 10-15 minutes walk. The main seafront offers cafes and restaurants and fish and chips. In the shopping area there is also an indoor swimming pool with tubes. Eastbourne and Hastings are nearby with lots of attractions, particularly for children.
