A spacious and inviting three-bedroom house nestled in the quiet town of Maltby, 10 minutes from Rotherham and 20 minutes from central Doncaster. Recently renovated in April 2023, the house is perfect for families visiting the area or for contractors working locally. Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by an inviting and spacious double living room, the first half of which hosts a dining area and the second half featuring a comfortable living area. The house is modern, warm and comfortable, and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay, including fast WiFi of 67Mbps and a 55” Smart TV (with Netflix, Prime, iPlayer etc). The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hobs, fridge/ freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, pots and pans for cooking, as well as a range of utensils and cutlery. It also has a washing machine and drying rack with washing powder provided. The master bedroom has a super king bed which can be converted into two single beds upon request, whilst the second and third bedrooms have double beds. This allows for a maximum of six guests in the property, or four separate beds. Free parking is available on the street directly outside the property.
