We’ve prepared this three-storey home with TLC to sleep up to 8 guests across 4 comfy bedrooms, with everything in place so you can quickly settle in. Ground floor has: Bedroom 1 - Features a comfy double bed, decorative fire place and a hanging rail. LIVING ROOM / DINING: Cozy space featuring two big comfy sofas and a stylish dining table. Smart TV central to the room so you can stream your favorite shows, just log in and enjoy. KITCHEN: Stylish and cosy space, equipped with everything you need during your stay. Includes electric hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and enjoy the convenience of freshly filtered water with a plumbed Brita water tap. Also has a kettle, toaster, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils as well glasses and cups. Tea, coffee and sugar provided so you can make a brew and settle in. PATIO AREA: A private back yard area for your use. STAIRS: This home has stairs leading to 3 of 4 bedrooms and bathroom with steep stairs to the loft bedroom so may not be suitable for people with mobility issue. 1st floor has: Bedroom 2 - Furnished with two comfy single beds, bedside tables and spacious wardrobe. Bedroom 3 - Is the largest of the rooms and furnished with a comfy double bed, lovely window shutters, bedside tables, a designated desk workspace and spacious wardrobe. BATHROOM: A Modern 3-piece suite , with refreshing shower over the bath. 2nd floor has: Bedroom 4 - A spacious and vibrant loft bedroom up a second set of steep stairs for a reclusive space with comfy double bed, with bedside tables, & clothes rail. Other info: WIFI: Ultrafast WiFi - Stream your favourite shows, surf the net, catch up on your socials or crack on with your work or online meeting. PARKING: Free off-street parking in front & near the house. PETS: Want to bring your dog with you? Chargeable Pet Stay option on request.

Neighbourhood information

Located on the outskirts of Preston centre, just 5-6 minutes away, gives the benefit of being close enough to the city but not right in the hustle and bustle. It's a calm, friendly road with plenty of free street parking available in front of the house. Nearby is a good choice of take-aways, a local convenience shop and local pubs. You're also within easy reach to the Docklands, University, Hospital, BAE Systems, Retail parks, Preston North End FC, & the M6 /M65 Motorways.
