Neighbourhood information

The house is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood with a large parking area big enough for 3 cars/vans Easy access to the A45 so close to the City Centre. 2 miles from Coventry Station. Great location for day trips to Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, the Cotswolds and Birmingham Relax in the living room with a large sofa and widescreen TV. The kitchen comes complete with Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster as well as cooking equipment and crockery. A washing machine is also available. All cleaning materials including washing up liquid and hand wash are supplied.
