A beautiful luxury 3 bedroomed apartment full of character and period features in the heart of Sheffield City Centre, housed in a Listed Building dating back to 1792. The apartment is brand new, beautifully renovated and provides a tranquil resting place only a stone's throw from shops, restaurants and theatres. Supertram stops round the corner: bus and train stations are a few minutes walk; an NCP Car Park is opposite. Fully equipped with everything you need and we are happy to deal with requests

We are both in our sixties, easy going and well travelled. John has spent the last decade setting up and running an arts centre and more recently renovating the two unique apartments in the Georgian listed building in Sheffield. Steph is a psychologist currently taking a break from clinical work and is enjoying being able to host this year. The owners are available to help with any queries during your stay and we will provide mobile numbers for you to contact us.

Ideally located in a quiet street just behind the Cathedral and only a minute's walk from tram stops. Both bus and train stations area few minutes walk. Shops, restaurants and theatres are all within a five minute walk as is Sheffield Hallam University. Sheffield University is a ten to fifteen minute walk up the hill or a couple of stops on the tram. The popular Kelham Island is only a 5 minute walk. The apartment couldn't be better located in Sheffield City Centre from the point of view of getting around and transport links. The main bus and train stations are a few minutes walk, connecting with all major cities and offering easy access to the Peak District. There is a tram stop a hundred yards away linking with Meadowhall, Hillsborough and Sheffield Arena. On street paid parking is available in surrounding streets and there are several multi-storey car parks just a few minute's walk away including one directly opposite. In addition to this, the High Street and all the amenities of the city centre are on your doorstep. Ponds Forge leisure complex is a 5 minute walk away.
