This clean and modern studio, located in the St Thomas area of Exeter, is extremely central while benefitting from fantastic transport links. It's the perfect choice for singles and couples wishing to explore the city and quay, as well as the nearby beaches of Exmouth and Dawlish. City Centre — 10min walk Quay — 10min walk St Thomas Station & all buses — 2min walk St Davids Station — 20min walk/5min taxi Dawlish Warren — 15min train from St Thomas Exmouth — 35min train from St Thomas

My office (and occasional crash pad) is located within the building, so I am usually around in case you need any assistance. Otherwise, I will leave you to your own devices!
