Originally built in 2007, this beautifully updated, private, quiet and self contained annexe is accessed by a private external gate and through it's own private entrance, and has it's own private garden area immediately next to the rear of the property.
ACCOMMODATION
This beautiful 1 bedroom annexe is ideally situated in a quiet road and is just an 8 minute walk to both the town centre and Felixstowe's highest rated Blue Flag beaches.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should require for your stay. The sumptuous bathroom has it's own large walk-in shower. Within the spacious lounge there is a flat screen TV (with Netflix and SKY Entertainment including all SKY Sports channels), a comfy corner sofa, cosy snug armchair as well as a vintage dining table with seating for 2 guests, and a fully functional wood burner. The kitchen contains an integrated fridge with small freeze box, Convection/Grill/Microwave oven, two separate electric hobs, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The spacious bedroom is a generous size with a double bed, free standing dress rail and drawers.

I have completely refurbished, re-decorated and equipped my lovely annexe to help ensure that any visitors will have nothing less than a wonderful and memorable stay.
Felixstowe offers a number of shops and amenities, easy access to the A14 and a railway station on the Ipswich to Felixstowe line.
Felixstowe is an historic Edwardian seaside town with a pier, beautidul promenade including stunning gardens, and bustling town centre with many cafes, shops, cinema, bingo hall and much more - something for guests of all ages.
Take a stroll along the beautiful promenade lined with colourful beach huts, visit the magnificent new Pier & The Boardwalk cafe and bistro, experience a show at the Spa Pavilion or step back in time at Landguard Fort and the Felixstowe Museum. This beautiful annexe resides within a quiet location with the beach and town centre each only a short walk away. Have a drink or bite at the Fludyers Arms and take in the panoramic views over the sea from the raised balcony seating. Further along the coast, (10/15 min walk) journey through the middle of the 18 hole Martello Course at the Felixstowe Ferry Golf Club - one of the oldest links golf courses in England - on your way to the hamlet of Felixstowe Ferry, home to Felixstowe Ferry Sailing Club, the not to be missed foot & cycle ferry to Bawdsey and the Ferry Boat Inn. And at Landguard Point you can enjoy a sumptuous breakfast whilst watching the huge container ships unload, and from April to October catch the Felixstowe to Harwich foot ferry where a delicious lunch awaits at the famous and centuries old Alma pub. As if that isn't enough to do, why not spend the day at the nearby (10 miles) magnificent Sutton Ho, location of the world famous Viking burial grounds and awe inspiring museum including the replica long boat. There is so much to fit in!
