A spacious newly built house in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Beautifully decorated with two parking spaces available. An ideal space for families, couples and contractors working in the area. The property is situated in Colchester, Essex. It is a 3 minutes drive to Colchester Hospital, 5 minutes drive to Colchester Stadium, 14 minutes drive to Colchester Zoo and a 5 minutes drive to Colchester Station where the Greater Anglia Train will take you to London Liverpool Street Station in 50 minutes. The property has easy access to the A12 Motorway. The kitchen has all the necessities such as kettle toaster, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Plates, drinking glasses, mugs, cutleries, pots and pans. Complimentary Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar & water are all provided for guests benefit. The lounge is well furnished and has a 65” Smart TV with Netflix. There is complimentary free and fast Wi-Fi which is ideal for work. The whole house is for the guest, no part of the house is shared with anyone else. All facilities are for guest usage. Please note that the actual number of guests needs to be input at the time of booking.
