Property information

This gorgeous guest house features 7 bedrooms ensuite. Each room features hot drink facilities, TV, hotel grade linen, 100% cotton towels, TV, plenty of spare sockets, ample storage and a desk. All bathrooms feature a WC, sink and walk-in shower and come with soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. 1 bedroom and living spaces (living room, large dining room, entrance hall and kitchen) are on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms are up 1 flight of stairs on the 1st floor and the remaining 2 bedrooms are located up 2 flights of stairs on the 2nd floor. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances you would expect including an induction hob, washing machine, dryer, massive fridge and freezer, microwave and more. There is pay and display parking nearby in the surrounding area and in the large public car park 20 meters away from the property. Parking is pay and display but is free from 6pm to 8am. We have some helpful parking information in our complimentary guest guidebook. Our 3rd party company provides cleaning and laundry to an exceptionally high standard and our own team are friendly, professional and very happy to help with all of our questions and requests. There is so much for everyone to see and enjoy in Inverness - the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Explore the enchanting historical sites such as Inverness Castle, Culloden Battlefield and the infamous Loch Ness and perhaps catch a glimpse of the legendary Loch Ness Monster. Stroll along the picturesque banks of the River Ness, where you can enjoy scenic walks and take in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. If you desire more inspiration of things to see and do you can always use our guide book or see one of the many leaflets in the entrance hallway. Please note a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in, no money is actually charged but there is a pre-authorization of 1 euro, this is not applicable for Airbnb
