PLEASE READ A very warm welcome awaits you at Nether Dallachy Farmhouse which was built in 1902 and is a traditional Scottish farmhouse. We have lovingly brought this beautiful house back to life giving it an elegant yet cosy feel. We have two lovely rooms awaiting you-The Deluxe Double Room (king bed 5') which has lovely views out over open countryside and the Double Room with Garden View (Double bed 4.6') overlooking the front garden. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes, towels and bathroom toiletries. PLEASE NOTE OUR ROOMS ARE NOT EN-SUITE, THE GUEST BATHROOM IS SITUATED DOWNSTAIRS AND IS SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS . After a great nights sleep in one of our comfy beds please join us in the dining room for a delicious homemade Scottish breakfast. You can also relax and unwind in the lovely comfortable guest lounge where a television is provided or just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet, the wood-burner fire is lit on cooler evenings. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know at the time of your booking and we will do our upmost to accommodate you however we are unable to guarantee availability of your choices. Our 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels also live here. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE WORK VANS AS PARKING SPACE IS LIMITED AND BOTH ENTRANCES INTO THE PROPERTY ARE NARROW. SADLY WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE OR YOUR PETS AT THE PROPERTY. Check in time is from 16.00 only. We cannot guarantee someone will be at the property before that time. PLEASE READ ... Nether Dallachy Farmhouse is situated in the pretty QUIET and very PEACEFUL village/Hamlet of Boyndie between the towns of Portsoy (5.3 miles away) and Banff (3.6 miles away) and is surrounded by mature trees and fields growing barley for the whisky which Scotland is so famous for. PLEASE NOTE there are no facilities in the village but there are plenty available a short drive away. We are approximately a 6-7 minute drive to the sea or a 15-20 minute walk . The beautiful Moray coast is perfect for walking, water sports and dolphin watching plying golf or simply relaxing and unwinding. *There is a local bus service/Bus Stop which is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the Nether Dallachy Farmhouse. We are situated on the NE 250 and the East West/West East Coastal walk and various cycle routes. There are many pretty villages along the coast to visit and beautiful sandy beaches and excellent golf courses along the coast and at Banff and Macduff. We have some really excellent eateries close by ( the nearest being 5 minutes by car) with plenty of different options to choose from. Aberdeen airport is approximately 51 miles away and Inverness airport is approximately 63 miles away. If you love peace and quiet rather than the hustle and bustle then Nether Dallachy is the perfect place to rest, relax and unwind.
