Recently refurbished 7-bedroom house on Erskine Rd, Sutton (SM1 3AT) with 5 bathrooms.
Opposite bus stop with buses to High Street, or a 12min walk to Carshalton Station with trains that take 30min to Central London (Victoria)
2 Parking spaces available on the front driveway - street parking is also free
In total there are:
2x Single bedrooms (with single beds)
4x Double bedrooms (with double beds); and
1x Twin bedroom (with 2x single beds)
set over Ground, First and 2nd Floor as follows:
Ground Floor:
There is a large Ground Floor kitchen and open-plan sitting area which has a microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and electric hob.
There are also 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) as well as a second bathroom.
First Floor:
This floor has two bathrooms, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom
Second Floor:
The Top floor has a Twin bedroom and bathroom
Guests have exclusive access to the whole of the main house described.
However, at the REAR of the garden is a separate studio flat, which is occupied by a long term tenant.
They have to go THROUGH the main house to exit or enter their studio apartment, so please note during booking that they will walk through the ground floor hallway.
Whilst the tenant is very reliable, for your comfort and security, each bedroom has locks fitted and keys will be provided.
Please note the white sofa in the living room has been removed and replaced by a grey sofa-bed insread.
