This house is suitable for anyone looking for a quiet residential area property near airport (approx 3 miles away) or/and within the proximity of Edinburgh City Centre(approx 5 miles away). This is newly built 3-bedroom terraced villa both bright and spacious - 2 x double bed rooms, 1 x single bed. 2 x bathrooms. It benefits from generous room proportions complimented by brand new construction and furnishings resulting in a most attractive opportunity to occupy on short or long term basis.
I can meet you at the property on arrival. Smart lock is also in place.
Quiet residential area with easy access to shops. Bus station is about 100 metres from the property. Scotrail stations(Edinburgh Park & South Gyle) and Tram stations(Gyle Centre & Bankhead) are within 0.5 miles. Gyle shopping centre is around 0.7 miles away, lothian buses 300, 12 and 21 takes you there in 2 minutes or so. Bus routes 12 and 300 in the other direction will take you to Edinburgh City Centre. Trams also ply regularly between Edinburgh Airport and City Centre.
