Large detached 4 bedroom modern family home located on the Pentire Headland Newquay. Our family home is only a 3 minute walk to the River Gannel ideal for walks kayak SUP and crabbing. It is a 10 minute walk to Fistral beach or into the centre of town. Ideally suited for 1 large family or 2 families or 2/3 couples. House is equipped with all mod cons for you to relax and enjoy your stay. Great outdoor space south/west facing deck sun from midday ideal for sundowners.
The house is fully equipped with an extra fridge and freezer in the utility which also houses the washing machine and tumble driver.
Fully fitted family bathroom with separate shower, en suite to the main bedroom and a downstairs toilet.
Ultra fast broadband, Sky Glass in the living room.
There is a canoe/bike/surfboard secure store on the side of the house for you to use. We have 1 sit on top kayak that you are welcome to borrow. The Gannel is ideal for this.
We are offering our wood fired hot tub for our guests to use but at their own risk and management. We will provide some wood and fire lighters with instructions.
Parking for 3/4 cars is available along with EV charging if required.
We’ve lived in Newquay for 25 years and both work in the local secondary school.
Pentire Headland is a sought after area of Newquay located between Fistral beach and the Gannel estuary. It is a quiet estate and the house is located in a cul de sac with no one overlooking the rear garden.
