Keys are collected from a locked box directly outside the property to make access to the apartment easier.

This newly refurbished modern stylish studio apartment is situated in the very heart of Bowness on Windermere, close to all the fabulous shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants. A delightful 2nd floor cosy well appointed studio apartment, is a perfect alternative to staying in a busy hotel. Tucked away nicely but in a central location this apartment is beautifully furnished and fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, king size bed, 40" flat screen television and large fitted wardrobes.
Ideal for couples/singles who want to be on the door step of this vibrant cosmopolitan village set in a World Heritage area with Lake Windermere only a two minute walk and also in close proximity to many other local attractions and beautiful scenery the Lake District has to offer. It's also directly on local bus routes which take you to other lovely places in the Lakes like Keswick, Grasmere, Coniston & Ambleside to name just a few.
The apartment is accessed via internal staircase with newly fitted carpet. It is a historical building and there is no lift therefore not suitable for people have mobility issues.

There are an abundance of fabulous local restaurants, bars, shops, cafes & bakeries within a very short walking distance, your literally spoilt for choice whatever food you desire; English, Thai, Indian, Spanish or Italian. If you'd like to go further afield to a country pub taxies are readily available and have reasonable tariffs. There is a wonderful cinema, The Royalty, just a 5 minute walk, showing all the latest movies in retro surroundings. The Lake cruise boats are 2 minutes away and they run every 20 minutes to Lakeside (Where you can pick up the a steam train to Haverthwaite) or go the other route to Ambleside, hop off, enjoy some lunch and hop back on for your return journey (A great trip to blow away the cobwebs or enjoy the views from the inside cabin with a glass of wine or coffee) Its a perfect location to discover everything in this beautiful area.
Although no onsite parking the public car park is a 2 minute walk with very reasonable rates - pay for long stay and come and go as much as you want.
