Langley Serviced Apartments is managed by the owners themselves. They have been managing serviced apartments since 2015, and built up a portfolio of 8 properties in Wick, Inverness and Dundee.
The business sector is our main business and we work hard with the office staff, and teams staying in our properties to provide a seamless and high quality service.
We are well established and have established systems to provide a great service. We work with great teams in our areas, to maintain our standards.
Double / King beds are standard, with quality mattresses and bedding for a good sleep. Kitchens are well equipped with coffee machines and air fryers. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms to ensure that our guests can relax in their own space at the end of the day.
Health and Safety is paramount and we meet all the legal requirements.

No 40 is our latest property totally refurbished in 2023. It is a large and spacious maisonette flat, where the flat entry is shared with one other owner. Large private car park outside the flat, and a huge spacious green area at the front door.
No 40 is a perfect base for people looking for space, comfort, and parking. Ideal for contractors in the area, or holidaymakers wanting to relax in spacious quieter surroundings. It is a quiet residential area that is less than 2 min drive to the harbour/town centre, local eateries and supermarkets. It is a 10 min walk to the harbour and town centre, although the Queens hotel / bar is just a few mins walk.
It has a newly fitted kitchen including a dishwasher. The sitting room has an oversized settee, large Smart tv, No 40 is all about relaxing in clean, modern, spacious surroundings after a busy day.
