Pay at property bookings - The card details you provide for a pay at property reservation act as a guarantee for your reservation. On High Demand dates the hotel may take a pre-authorization of the first nights room rate to authorize your booking, if the card details provided decline the hotel will be in contact to take new card details so please ensure the correct card is used.
