If you require a Hilton standard apartment please look elsewhere, but if you prefer an absolutely spotless property, that we will continue to deep cleaned for each booking, keep reading. Nothing is more important to us than cleanliness & guests safety. Read The Full Description/T&C. A security deposit is required on arrival. By confirming your booking you have agreed to our T&C. Bedrooms not booked are sanitised and locked. Ground floor there is a lounge with Smart TV for guests to relax and a separate fully fitted kitchen. Stairs to first floor. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a double shower cubical and power shower [no tub] (One bed is a smaller Queen double 6 adults, family & max 4 kids in comfort) FREE WIFI, heating, electricity, fresh clean bedding & towels are included in the price. Ideal for families looking the perfect central location or couples after a romantic weekend away The person making the booking must also be a guest, if the person making the booking does not present themselves with ID on arrival all guests will be refused entry. No third party bookings. Over 25's only. Parent[s] 21 with a family are welcome.

FREE GARAGE PARKING [all garage parking or storage is at the guests own risk] Number 14 is spotless clean & one of the best self catering locations in Portrush, Ideal for surfers, if it's happening it's happening at the Harbour & we are located 50m from the Harbour, Yacht Club. The property is within walking distance from Royal Portrush GC, blue flag beaches & the Town Centre is a 500m walk. By vehicle you can travel to The Giants Causeway & The Dark Hedges. Ramore Head is a two minute walk with stunning sea views, West & East Strand Blue Flag Beaches are only a few minutes walk. Portrush is spoilt with a great selection of restaurants all reasonably priced. Train/Bus Stations are a 10 minute walk. If your booking for the North West 200 bikes can be parked in the garage. NOTE your neighbours are not on holiday, we ask all guests to please respect the neighbours keeping noise to a minimum. Number 14 is OUR family holiday home please keep it clean Our only goal is to keep guests safe.
