A husband and wife team, we adore property and as well as managing properties for others, we also own a portfolio of local holiday let properties ourselves. Nutkin Barn is a contemporary scandi style barn with private parking, large garden and entertaining spaces. As you enter the property you will walk through the entrance hallway with a beautiful skylight, guiding the way to the stunning kitchen and open plan dining/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with the very best Gaggenau appliances, Nespresso Vertuo pod machine, a large fridge/freezer, boiling water tap and marble clad island. Beyond the kitchen you will find a dining table, sofa area and wall mounted flatscreen TV. There is also a log burner with seating area, perfect for reading a book by the fire. The ground floor is polished concrete with underfloor heating throughout. Behind glass crittall doors you will find a cosy snug, with corner sofa and wall mounted TV.The open plan dining/kitchen area features stunning, full length glass sliding doors, opening the whole space onto the garden. The property features five bedrooms. The ground floor has one twin room with ensuite shower room. The first floor has 1 double room, 1 cabin bed room (bunk with single on top and double below) 1 king room and 1 king room with ensuite shower room. There are also three bathrooms and two toilets split across both floors of the property. There is also a dedicated study with desk and a large utility room with American open top washer/dryer and additional fridge/freezer. This space also doubles up as a 'dog room' and has an external entrance to the driveway with wet room facilities to wash your dog after a muddy walk through the fields to the sea! Use the stable door to the inside of the house to give your doggie time to dry off before entering the main house. The superb garden offers a hydro pool (requests only for an additional fee), perfect for a plunge, or turn on the resistance jets for a fitness swim! Chichester is just 4 miles away, offering great shopping, a fabulous theatre and surrounded by great restaurants and countryside walks.
