Think luxury, think quaint. My self contained cottage is set in the mature grounds of the listed 1759 Oak-Island Hall, in the heart of Brampton village, close to Cambridge.
We have two cottages, Walnut and Acorn.
Each cottage is allocated randomly, if you have a preference please view our website and make contact before booking.
They are both finished to a high standard and exquisitely furnished .
Acorn Cottage has a large fully fitted kitchen. Walnut Cottage has a smaller kitchenette more suited to warming food or very simple catering.
Outside is a fire pit should you decide to eat alfresco and enjoy the views over the mature garden and woodland.
The bathroom is a marbled wet room, thick white fluffy towels and toiletries. The Kingsize Staples Grandeur premium bed and 500 thread cotton sheets will guarantee you the perfect nights sleep in peaceful surroundings
I have drawn upon my travel experiences around the world to offer you the comfort afforded by the best hotels for a fraction of the price here in Brampton. My guests comment that you'll not be boxed into a corporate hotel room, there is a totally private garden and if you want to prepare a light meal or a snack the facilities are there rather than the limitations and expense of a chain hotel. My intention is that you leave feeling revitalised and reinvigourated having had the perfect stay.
I have a love of life that I hope is apparent in the passion and enthusiasm that I have put into the cottage for your stay. You will find that nothing is to much trouble. I love life, enjoy people and a glass of wine too should you be feeling sociable during your stay !. I know the area well and do evertything to support its growth and wellbeing by ensuring any recommendations are well tried and tested !
